CityMove provides a platform connecting customers with independent courier service providers for deliveries within Harare, Zimbabwe.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Bike: $0.50/km. Truck: $0.85/km. Base fares apply. Payment via Cash, EcoCash, or PayNow.

3. Platform Commission

CityMove charges a 4% commission on all courier earnings to maintain the platform.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations within 5 minutes of booking are free. After 5 minutes, a fee may apply.
